How it works
It is important that you are comfortable with the person you choose as your celebrant as they are with you during what is often the most significant time in your life. A ceremony should be vibrant and full of love and inspiration for those taking part as well as those watching.
01/ Meet
To begin we arrange a Booking Meeting at a mutually agreed day and time. At this meeting we will go over the details and the ideas you have for your ceremony. If you don’t know where to start – no problem – as your celebrant this is my area of expertise!
02/ Involve
Any questions you may have, ranging from the legal aspects of a wedding ceremony to writing vows to finding an amazing venue, dress maker, make-up artist or florist, I will do my best to help you.
03/ Resources
Along with my own knowledge I have a large amount of resources which I make available, which are suited to all needs. If you are an overseas-based New Zealand destination wedding client, I have all of the information you will require to marry in New Zealand.
04/ Discuss
After we have met and discussed your requirements, we will plan an amazing wedding ceremony which fits you as a couple, reflects your personalities and most importantly, your vision for the day. When I write your ceremony, you can have as much or as little creative input as you like.
05/ Rehearsal
For weddings – most couples agree to take part in a wedding rehearsal, which I recommend. This allows the opportunity to run through the organisation of the ceremony prior to the day, and helps ensure that the bridal party and any other people involved in your ceremony are relaxed and confident about what is required of them on the day.
06/ Ceremony
When the big day finally arrives, it is my role to co-ordinate and ensure the smooth running of your ceremony, helping guarantee that your day will be one of your greatest memories in the years to come.
